Ld. Advocate for the complainant is present.

Ld. Advocate for the opposite party nos.1 and 2 is present.

Ld. Advocate for the opposite party nos.3, 4 and 5 is present.

Today is fixed for further argument by opposite party nos.1 and 2.

At this stage Ld. Advocate for the complainant by filing a petition on affidavit submits that the dispute between the parties have already settled out of the court amicably and opposite party nos.1 and 2 has paid a sum of Rs.3,00,000/- (Rupees three lakh) only by demand draft being No.461982 dated 04.01.2024 drawn on Kotak Mahindra Bank, Park Street Branch to the complainant. The complainant on oath submits that she has no grievance against the opposite parties and accepted Rs. 3,00,000/- (Rupees three lakh) only from opposite party nos.1 and 2 as full and final settlement amount.

Ld. Advocate for the complainant prays for disposal of the case on compromise.

It appears from the record that the complainant has already received the demand draft of Rs. 3,00,000/- (Rupees three lakh) only from the opposite party nos. 1 and 2.

Hence, it is

O R D E R E D

that the complaint case be and the same stands disposed of on compromise between the parties.
