Final Order / Judgement

Today is fixed for hearing of the MA being no. 73/2021.

After hearing the Ld. Advocate appearing for the complainant it is found that the amendment sought for, if allow, would not change nature and character of the case. Again, the purpose for which the amendment has been sought for is to bring the matter unfolded in the complaint within the ambit of this Commission. Therefore, the amendment sought for, is allowed.

The MA being No. 73/2021 is thus disposed of.

Amended complaint is filed along with copy. None appears on behalf of the Ops. W/V is also not filed. But the statutory period is still lying unexhausted for which 31.12.2021 is fixed for filing W/V.

Later,

W/V is filed by the Ld. Advocate of the OPs along with copy, as such todate for filing evidence by the complainant on affidavit.

Fix 31.12.2021 for filing evidence on affidavit by the complainant.

Let the plain copy of this order be given to the parties free of cost as per CPR.
