ORDER

Order dated 25.11.2008 The complainant present. The learned Advocate for the complainant present. Opposite party No.2 M.R. Jayaprakash present. The complainant received Rs.15,000/- in cash paid from opposite party No.2. Opposite party has agreed and submitted that he will send Rs.5,000/- by way of D.D on or before 10/12/2008 and he will send balance amount of Rs.5,000/- by way of D.D before 30th December-2008 to the complainant. The complainant who is present before the Forum accepted the proposal. The matter was discussed and ultimately the matter is settled for Rs.25,000/-. So, in view of that settlement the complainant received Rs.15,000/- today and the opposite party No.2 has agreed to pay the balance amount of Rs.10,000/- to the complainant by the end of December-2008. So, in view of this settlement the matter is required to be closed and disposed off as per the above terms of settlement. Hence, I proceed to pass the following:- ORDER The complaint is closed as settled. MEMBER MEMBER PRESIDENT
