After perusing the roznamas it is noted that on 30/09/2013,22/10/2013 and 21/11/2013 neither the Complainant nor the OPs remained present,nor were their lawyer present. On 26/12/2013 the OP3, remained present and informed the Forum that OP2 expired.As the Complainant has not appeared on four occasion, it appears that he is not interested in pursuing the complaint. The present complaint therefore stand dismissed for non prosecution.
