Ld. Advocate of the complainant and the Ld. Advocate of OP 7 are present.

It is submitted by the Ld. Advocate of OP 7 that W/V was filed on behalf of his client – although the order sheet does not reflect the same. W/V filed by him has already formed part of the record and Ld. Advocate of the complainant has also got copy of W/V.

Ld. Advocate appearing for the complainant files an application for amendment of the complaint so as to incorporate the changed address of OP 5.

The petition is registered as MA/69/2023.

Copy of petition is given to the Ld. Advocate of OP 5. With the consent of the Ld. Advocates of both sides the application is taken up for hearing. Since the amendment sought for, will not effectuate the change of nature and character of the case amendment sought for is allowed.

Ld. Advocate appearing for the complainant is directed to file amended complaint by the next date.

The MA being No. 69/2023 is thus disposed off.

13.04.2023 is fixed for filing amended complaint.

It may be pointed out that W/V has already been filed by OP 2.

Ld. Advocate appearing for the complainant is directed to issue notice to OP 4 fixing 13.04.2023 for S/R and appearance and asking him to file W/V within 30 days from the date of receipt of the notice.
