appearing on behalf of the complainant. Perused the M.A petition under Section 22 Rule 4 CPC relating to substitution. Considered and allowed. Let the legal heirs of O.P. No.3, 4 and 8 be substituted as prayed for and note in the relevant register. The complainant is directed to submit the substituted amended complaint by the date fixed. The complainant also directed to take necessary steps for S/R upon the substituted O.Ps by the date fixed.
Fix 30.03.2020 for S/R and appearance of the complainant and filing the amended copy of the complaint.
Thus the M.A being No. 59/2019 disposed of accordingly.
