Mr. Aruj Dhingra, learned Counsel appearing for the Opposite Parties on instructions received has made a statement that the matter has been amicably settled between the Parties and he shall be filing Affidavit in this regard. He is permitted to file the Affidavit. The Complaint is disposed of in terms of the settlement. However, a liberty is given to the Parties to file an Application for recall of this Order in the event if any of the terms of the settlement is not complied with.
