This Revision Petition has been filed with a delay of 120 days which is over and above the statutory period of 90 days given for filing the Revision Petition.  Such inordinate delay cannot be condoned without sufficient cause.  We are not satisfied with the cause shown for condonation of delay.  Revision Petition is dismissed on the ground of Delay.

-2-

Even on merits, we find that the petitioner had filed the appeal before the State Commission  after a lapse of 7 years.  Plea taken by the petitioner that he had not come to know about passing of the order by District Forum, has been overruled.  Petitioner had come to know about the order passed by District Forum in the year 2004, but the appeal was filed in the year 2008.  There is no explanation for condoning the delay between 2004 to 2008.  Revision Petition is dismissed on Merits as well.
