OP counsel files IA u/s 151 CPC to get this matter advanced from 28.10.2020 to this day. Complainant is also present. IA is allowed for the reasons stated therein and complaint advanced to this date. Bothe parties files a settlement memo wherein at para 3a OP has offered an apartment unit bearing the name ROW 18 Wing A-406, for sale and the complainant has agreed to purchase the same as per the terms and conditions set out therein. In view of this, this complaint is closed as settled, subject to the complainant and OP performing their part of the terms and condition of this settlement and OP executing the sale deed in theat respect after complainant performing his duties and liabilities. Memorandum of settlement is part and parcel of this order.
