On 09.03.2016 both OPs failed to appear despite service of notice and were placed ex-parte and on the same day the complainant was called upon to submit her evidence by way of affidavit.  Since then the complainant has remained absent continuously.  Her advocate also remained absent and failed to assign any reasons for continuous absence of complainant and her failure in filing the affidavit evidence.  Despite affording sufficient time and opportunity the complainant failed to prosecute the complaint.  Therefore, the complaint is dismissed for non-prosecution.
