ORDER

Complaint is allowed. Opposite parites 1 and 2 are jointly and severally liable. Opposite parties 1 and 2 are directed to pay an amount of Rs.10,000/- as compensation to the complainant with cost of Rs.5,000/- and this amount is to be paid to the coplainant within six weeks form the date of this order.
