This is an application seeking extension of four months time for depositing the amount of Rs.3,40,000/- as permitted by this Commission vide its order dated 12^th of May, 2011.  Vide the said order on the request of the applicant, four weeks time was granted to deposit the amount with the State Commission.  Having failed to comply with the said order, the applicant seeks another four months time to deposit the said amount, which is not justified.  However, considering that the applicant is a pensioner, another four weeks time is granted to him to deposit the said amount of Rs.3,40,000/- with the State Commission without fail.

            The MA is, accordingly, disposed of.
