Matter taken up for the dictation of the final order/judgment. Perusal of record reveals that the Complainant’s prayer is for:

1. Handover possession of flat No.T-9-303 in Tower/Block No.T-9 on Plot 3 having an approx.1675.
2. Pay the complainant a sum Rs.16,04,529.90 toward interest w.e.f. 08-12-2009 @ 24% p.a. till date of filing of this complainant i.e. 20-03-2012.
3. Pay the complainant a sum Rs.2,05,523.29 toward loss suffered due to mental agony harassment, misc expanse, trauma etc till date of filing of this compliant.
4. Pay the complainant a sum of Rs.51,380,.82 toward Expanses incurred toward the conveyance charges for roaming till date of filing of his complaint i.e.20-03-2012.
5. Pay the complainant a sum Rs.5,500.00 toward cost of legal notice dated 07-02-2012.
6. Pay the complainant a sum Rs. 25,000,00 toward the cost of litigation.
7. Pay the complainant future interest @ Rs.1,973,59 per day i.e. @ 24% on Rs. 30,01,503.75 w.e.f 21-03-2012 till date of payment.
8. Future interest there on  @ 24% p.a. w.e.f. 21-03-2012 till date of payment on the amount prayed in b, c, d & e.

     The total prayed claim is beyond the pecuniary jurisdiction of this Forum & exceeds Rs.20 lacs.  Office is directed to send this file to the Registrar, State Commission, A Block, Vikas Bhawan for placing before the Hon’ble Commission at 2 PM on 14.10.16 for its withdrawal from New Delhi, Distt. Forum.

     Before sending the file to the Hon’ble State Commission notice be issued to the parties to appear at 2.00 PM on 14.10.16 before Hon’ble State Commission.
