ORDER   CERTIFICATE OF RECOVERY U/s 25(3) OF      CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT, 1986.                             Whereas, the Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum Mumbai Suburban District, Mumbai in Execution Application No.     of   has passed the order on  09 Jun 2011. It is hereby certify that under Section-25(3) of Consumer Protection Act, 1986, a sum of Principle Amount 40,001/-Interst@18% w.e.f 4.06.90 till final realization, Compensation Rs.2,50,000/-, Costs of Complaint 100/- In due to the Complainants from the above Opposite parties/ Judgment Debtors, as per order passed by Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum Mumbai Suburban District, Mumbai in C.C.No. 200 of on 1999 and that the Collector of Thane District shall proceed to recover the said amount from the above mentioned the Opposite parties / Judgement Debtors in the same manner as arrears of land revenue.                    Further, the Collector Thane shall recover the execution charges, if any either on ad-hoc basis or actual basis as per rules from the above mentioned the Opposite parties / Judgement Debtors along with the amount for which this recovery certificate is issued.                    The Certificate is given on this  Jun  2011.
