ORDER   CERTIFICATE OF RECOVERY U/s 25(3) OF      CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT, 1986.                             Whereas, the Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum Mumbai Suburban District, Mumbai in Execution Application No. 74 of 03 has passed the order on 03 Feb 2012. It is hereby certify that under Section-25(3) of Consumer Protection Act, 1986, a sum of Principle Amount Rs. 62,952/-,Interst@18% w.e.f 29.05.97       Compensation for Rs.2,00,000, Costs of Complaint 250 /-, In due to the Complainants from the above Opposite parties/ Judgment Debtors, as per order passed by Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum Mumbai Suburban District, Mumbai in C.C.No.242 of 1999 on  and that the Collector of Thane District shall proceed to recover the said amount from the above mentioned the Opposite parties / Judgment Debtors in the same manner as arrears of land revenue.                    Further, the Collector of Thane District shall recover the execution charges, if any either on ad-hoc basis or actual basis as per rules from the above mentioned the Opposite parties / Judgment Debtors along with the amount for which this recovery certificate is issued.                    The Certificate is given on this 18 Feb 2012.
