ORDER   CERTIFICATE OF RECOVERY U/s 25(3) OF           CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT, 1986.                           Whereas, the Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum Mumbai Suburban District, Mumbai in Execution Application No. 33of 11 has passed the order on  10.02.2006. It is hereby certify that under Section-25(3) of Consumer Protection Act, 1986, a sum of Rs. 86,250. /-, @6% p.a. w.e.f. 11/08/2003 till final realization,+5,000/-,compensation Rs.+cost of Proceeding Rs. 2,000/-, due to the Complainants from the above Opposite parties / Judgment Debtors, as per order passed by The Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum Mumbai Suburban District in C.C.No. 238 of 2003 and that the Collector of Thane District shall proceed to recover the said amount from the above mentioned the Opposite parties / Judgment Debtors in the same manner as arrears of land revenue.                      Further, the Collector Thane shall recover the execution charges, if any either on ad-hoc basis or actual basis as per rules from the above mentioned the Opposite parties / Judgment Debtors along with the amount for which this recovery certificate is issued.                    The Certificate is given on this   July 2011.
