Final Order / Judgement

Today is fixed for filing reply by the complainant. But the complainant files an application seeking withdrawal of the complaint on the ground stated herein. It is submitted by the Ld. Advocate of the complainant that out of court settlement by and between the parties has been arrived at and due to such settlement execution and registration of sale deed already been done in favour of the complainant. It is also submitted by him in view of such development the complainant is not more interested to proceed with the case. Since the matter has been settled amicably by and between the parties out of the court there is no need to drag the case for nothing less.  The case is fit to be dismissed as withdrawan.

Hence it is ordered that the case be and the same is be dismissed as withdrawn.

Let a plain copy be handed over to the parties free of cost as per CPR.
