    Complaint under section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act 1986. Complaint is filed seeking direction against the opposite parties to obtain the completion certificate of the flat, to provide permanent electricity service, to deliver the complainant’s two covered car park and to complete the specification as agreed by them as per specification  and also to pay a sum of Rs.9,98,127/- with interest and Rs.5,00,000/- as compensation for mental agony and to pay cost of the complaint  to the complainant.
