            Complainant filed this complaint for getting direction to the opp.party to reimburse the medical expenses incurred by the complainant with interest.  Opp.party filed version denying the contentions of the complainant.  Evidence has been adduced from both sides.   During the argument stage both parties jointly filed a compromise petition.   As per comprise opp.party has agreed to pay a total sum of Rs.80,000/- including interest and cost towards full and final settlement of all the claims as raised in this case.

 

          Compromise is recorded directing the opp.party to pay Rs.80,000/- as full and final settlement to the complainant.   The order is complied with within one month from the date of receipt of the order.
