This consumer complaint coming up before us on 28.06.2023 for reporting settlement and for filing Joint Memo of Compromise and this Commission made the following Order in open court:

Both Counsels as well as the parties present.

 

Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, a Joint Memo of Compromise has been filed by both parties by stating that the matter has been settled amicably between the parties out of this Commission.   Further, it has been stated in the Joint Memo of Compromise the parties have resolved the issues between them and shall have no further claims with each other in this regard.

 

Recording the Joint Memo of Compromise, this Consumer Complaint is disposed off.  The Joint Memo of Compromise shall form part of the order.   No costs.
