This record is placed in view of put up petition filed by the Jdrs. The copy of the put up petition as well as the petition has already been received by the Dhr. The Dhr is also present through their Ld. Counsel. By filing of petition supported by an affidavit the Dhr has submitted that as she had already received the decretal amount as per the order under execution, hence she is not willing to proceed further with the instant execution application. Money receipt also filed.
Under the circumstances the Dhr has prayed for withdrawal of the present execution application.
Upon careful consideration of the content of the application, in our view that as the Dhr has received the entire decretal amount as per the order under execution and the Jdrs have complied with the said order in its entirety and moreover when the Dhr is not inclined to proceed with the instant execution application, hence the execution application be disposed of on full and final satisfaction.

It is ordered,
that the E.A. No. 27/2014 is hereby disposed of on full and final satisfaction.
The record reveals that on 07.05.2018 the E.A is fixed for E/R of W.A as well as personal appearance of the I.C, Dum Dum P.S. As the Jdrs have complied with the order under execution, hence the W.A already issued is hereby recalled.
The office to intimate the concerned P.S about this order forthwith. As the order has already been complied with the personal appearance of the I.C, Dum Dum need not be required.
