Case called. Complainant present. Notice issued to OPs duly served, did not appear. Hence, placed exparte. Complainant has filed a memo praying that this Forum may closed the complaint. This instant complaint is filed by the complainant as against the OPs in respect of the reliefs for the repayment of matured deposit amount of Rs.3,05,914/- with interest, incidental expenses, mental agony etc.,  We gone through the contents of the memo filed by the complainant which is not extraneously to the contents of the complaint as the matter is amicably settled between the parties to the lis.  Hence, we do not find any legal impediment to allow the memo as complainant has fully satisfied in respect of the amount received.  The said memo is taken on record. The complaint filed by the complainant is closed as fully satisfied. No order as to costs. Documents if required to the complainant, office is directed to return with due acknowledgement.
