               Sh.Rajesh Kakaria, Attorney of the opposite party Novelty Hyundai suffered statement that he is ready to pay Rs.10000/- i.e.Rs.8500/- plus Rs.1500/- as compensation and interest at the rate of 9% p.a. to the complainant as her share as ordered by the Hon’ble State Commission vide order dated 16.3.2021. He further stated that he has no objection if an amount of Rs.27463/- plus Rs.2500/- as costs pertaining to Appeal No.392 of 2019 preferred by Novelty Hyundai before the Hon’ble State Commission is released to the complainant Ravneet Kaur and amount of Rs.400565/- out of Rs.438028/-after deducting the above amount be returned to the Novelty Hyundai against proper receipt and identification. In view of the above, Misc. applications bearing No.45 of 2021 and 46 of 2021 stands disposed of. Papers be consigned to the record room.
