            The Ld. Advocate for the Complainant files an application for substitution of the legal heirs of Op 4 which is supported by a death certificate showing the death of Op 4 as on 15.10.2020. The Ld. Advocate of the Ops is present before this Court. The application for substitution of the legal heirs is registered as MA 30/2021. After hearing the Ld. Advocates on all sides and the perusing the materials available on record it is found that the application is well-founded one, as such, it calls for action. The MA application is therefore allowed.

            The Ld. Advocate appearing for the Complainant is directed to file amended Complaint incorporating the names of the substituted Ops by the next date.

            The Ld. Advocate for the Op 2 files WV.

12.04.2021 is fixed for payment of cost of Rs. 500/- for acceptance of WV filed by the Op 1.

            Op 5 has already filed WV, but neither the Op 6, 7 nor the Op 8 has entered appearance, although the service of  notice was effected on 25.02.2021 by making paper publication, but the time for filing WV will start to run on and from this day. They will get further chance to file WV, as such 12.04.2021 is fixed for filing WV by the Op 6, 7 and 8 and payment of cost by Op 1.
