     In view of the statement made by Ms.Meena Bansal, Counsel for Complainant on 13.10.2023, recorded separately, the matter has been settled between the parties and as per settlement, she has received an amount of Rs.3100/- through Google Pay from OPs through its Legal Assistant Sh.Karamvir Singh and hence she does not want to proceed with the present consumer complaint further. In view of the statement of the counsel for complainant, the present consumer complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
