We proceed to allow the appeal and modify the impugned order. The Complainant shall be paid by the OPs jointly & severally Rs. 2,000/- in terms of prayer(a), Rs. 60,000/- in terms of prayer(b) and Rs. 10,000/- in terms of prayer(c). Complainant shall also be entitled to Rs. 5,000/- as costs of this appeal. All payments to be made within 30 days, failing which the OPs shall pay to the Complainant interest @ 9% per annum until thay are paid.
