Ld. Counsel for the OP has filed the statement of settlement of respondent stating that OP is ready to settle the claim on non-standard basis for Rs. 3,84,129/-. A compulsory deduction of Rs. 1,000/- shall be also deducted from 75% amount payable to Complainant. Complainant states that he is ready to settle the case in terms of the statement of instruction of respondent.

Ld. Counsel for the OP is directed to comply with the said statement of settlement within 30 days from today.

The Complaint stands disposed off as settled/ compromised.

File be consigned to record room.

Copy of the order be given dasti to the parties free of cost.
