Judgment of FA No. 1017/2013 passed on 19/08/2014 by S/C is filed and original judgement is modified and only Rs. 40,000/- shall be paid to the Dhr  and in support of said payment a pay order being no. 740485 dt. 05/12/2014 in the name Samiran Biswas is filed . Office to accept it and disbursed to the Dhr.

Jdr has also deposit  cheque of Rs. 2000/- vide cheque No. 115840 dt. 08/12/2014 to satisfy the litigation cost.

So entire decree is satisfied subject to encashment of the cheque.

Hence, ordered that the Ex. Case be and same is disposed of on full satisfaction .

Subject to encashment of cheques by the Dhr.

Office to Disburse the same to the Dhr . Recall W/A from Hare Street P.S at once.
