Complainant has come to this Forum with repudiation letter dated 27.3.2015 in which opposite party has submitted that cashless facility is denied as per terms and conditions of the policy and the complainant insured is requested to submit his claim for reimbursement. All this shows that opposite party has not repudiated the claim of the complainant. They have only directed the complainant to file claim with the opposite party.

So, this complaint is disposed of with directions to the complainant to submit his claim on the prescribed claim form alongwith relevant documents with the opposite party so that opposite party may decide the claim case of the complainant. As such, present complaint is pre mature. With the above observations, this complaint is hereby disposed of accordingly. File is ordered to be consigned to the record room.
