 The present complaint case is transferred by Hon’ble State Commission to this Forum. Perusal of the file shows that the request was made by Ld. President DCDRF Central to Hon’ble State Commission to transfer this matter to another Forum in terms of the complaint made by the complainant against the members of the DCDRF Central. Since, one of the member of this bench is related to the member of DCDRF Central, hence, we are of the view that the present complaint be transferred to some other District Forum in the interest of justice.

Parties are directed to appear before Hon’ble State Commission on 24/02/2020. Office is directed to do the needful.
