ORDER

PER MR. JUSTICE R.K. BATTA, PRESIDING MEMBER Heard Counsel for the Petitioner who submits that though written objections were not filed by the Petitioner but the amendment was orally objected. The present revision is against interim order passed by the State Commission in respect of amendment for which no written objections were filed. The State Commission has allowed the amendment and has given opportunity to Opposite Party to file reply on consequential amendment if the Petitioner so desires. In view of this, we are not inclined to interfere in the interim order. The revision is, therefore, dismissed with no order as to costs.
