Adjournment cost of Rs.2,500/- imposed by this Commission vide order dated 6th December 2013 has not been deposited till date. In this connection the order dated 06.12.2013 is reproduced below: n the last date of hearing, we directed the petitioner to appear in person for today. Neither petitioner nor his counsel is present today. It is stated by proxy counsel that arguing counsel for the petitioner is in some personal difficulty and as such, date is sought. In the interest of justice, adjournment is granted, subject to payment of cost of Rs.2,500/- to be deposited in the onsumer Legal Aid Accountof this Commission, within four weeks, failing which revision petition shall stand dismissed automatically without any further order In view of the above observation, the revision petition is dismissed.
