ORDER

The complainant is held entitled to the refund of advance amount of Rs.500/- from the respondent along with Rs.250/- as costs of this proceedings. The respondent shall pay the amount of Rs.500/- to the complainant together with Rs.250/- towards the costs of this proceedings within 2 months from the date of the receipt of the copy of this judgement and order apart from bearing his own costs of this proceedings.
