The Petitioners/Complainant and the Respondent No.1/Opposite Party No.1, have filed Memo stating that “in the above Execution application, the parties have refunded E.M.I. amounts including interest of Rs.22,00,704/- vide Demand Draft no.500956, dated 09.06.2017, drawn on ICICI Bank, Kukatpally, Hyderabad.  In view of the said settlement, the Petitioners / Complainants are withdrawing the above Execution

Application No.3/2014.  Hence it is therefore prayed that Hon’ble Commission may be pleased to permit the petitioners/Complainants to withdraw the above Execution Application by granting leave in the interest of justice and filed joint compromise memo stating that, the matter is settled out of court amicably and prayed for permission to withdraw the Execution Application.  Permission is accorded.  Memo recorded.

          In the circumstances, E.A. is closed as withdrawn.
