Applicant counsel is present. Accused  is absent. Both applicant is present the matter is amicably settled  between the parties hence applicant does not want to proceed. Hence we pass following order.

Order. 

1.The applicant does not want to proceed  with the  execution application hence matter is closed. 

2. The accused are acquitted. 

3. Both parties bear their own costs.

4.Copy of the order may be supply to both  the parties. 

5.The member sets (if any) shall be returned to the complainant. In case, Complainant fails to collect the said sets within a period of 30 days from the receipt of copy of member set, the same may be destroyed.
