This case record has been placed before the ld. Judges of Upobhokta Lok Adalat which is held on this day at the court room of D.C.D.R.C., Hooghly.
Ld. Advocates for the complainant side and OP no.1 are found present and ready.
Heard both sides. Considered submission.
In course of hearing it is pointed out by the Ld. Advocate for the complainant. The complainant has already paid Rs.1,40,000/- to the OP no.1. Ld. Lawyer for the OP side also admitted the same.
In course of hearing it also revealed that the OP-1 already has handed over possession of the flat which has been mentioned in the schedule of the complaint petition to the complainant but the execution and registration work in respect of the said property has not yet been done.
At this stage both sides admitted that the execution and registration work in respect of the schedule mentioned property of the complaint petition is to be done and / or conducted within 30th April, 2023.
As the disputes involved in this case have been amicably settled in respect of the above terms and conditions, this complaint case can be disposed of.
Thus this complaint case no.237/2022 be and the same is disposed of as it is settled between the parties. It is held that OP no.1 execute and register the deed of conveyance in respect of the schedule mentioned property of the complaint petition within 30th April, 2023. Otherwise complainant side shall get liberty to execute this award as per law.
