ORDER

 

1)The complaint is partly allowed.

        2)Opposite Party-2 shall repair the suit Printer, either through Opposite Party-3, or through their own Engineers. Cost of parts, if any required, and labour shall not be charged to Complainant. In case found irreparable, Opposite Party-2 shall replace it with a refurbished Printer. In either case, they shall extend a six-month warranty.

      3)Opposite Party-2 shall comply with above directions within 60 days of date of this order.

      4)No charges sustain as against Opposite Parties-1 and 3.

      5)In the facts of the matter, parties shall bear their own costs.
