Today is fixed for filing show cause by the complainant.

This matter is taken up for consideration at 11.15 a.m thereafter at 11.55 a.m.  At both the occasions the complainant is found absent.  ;Nobody appears for the complainant.  No show cause filed by the complainant.

All these factors are clearly reflecting that complainant is not interested to proceed with this case and so this district commission has no other alternative but to dismiss this case for non-compliance of the order of this district commission.  In the result, it is accordingly,

That this complaint case be and the same is dismissed for non-compliance of the order of this district commission.

No order is passed as to cost.
