Complainant files hajira.  O.P. no.2 files Vokalatnama and a time petition for filing W.V.   It appears from the record that O.P. has filed a petition for exparte order vacating on 20-12-2017.  Let that petition be registered as Misc. Case No.06 of 2018.

Heard the both sides and perused the petition.  The prayer of the O.P. for exparte vacating is considered and allowed.  Prayer of the O.P. for W.V. is also allowed.
