ORDER     CERTIFICATE OF RECOVERY U/s 25(3) OF      CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT, 1986.                             Whereas, the Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum Mumbai Suburban District, Mumbai in Execution Application No.     40 of 11 have passed the order on 09 Jan 2012. It is hereby certify that under Section-25(3) of Consumer Protection Act, 1986, a sum of Principle Amount 13,895/-, Compensation Rs. 10,000/-,+Cost of the Complaint 5,000/-, Penalty @ Rs 500/-, per Month w.e.f 08.02.2011 In due to the Complainants from the above Opposite parties/ Judgment Debtors, as per order passed by Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum Mumbai Suburban District, Mumbai in C.C.No.349/2010 and that the Collector of Mumbai District, shall proceed to recover the said amount from the above mentioned the Opposite parties / Judgment Debtors in the same manner as arrears of land revenue.                    Further, the Collector of Mumbai District, shall recover the execution charges, if any either on ad-hoc basis or actual basis as per rules from the above mentioned the Opposite parties / Judgment Debtors along with the amount for which this recovery certificate is issued.           The Certificate is given on this 16 Jan 2012.
