The complainant files an application supported by an affidavit praying for disposal of the complaint on the ground that the dispute in question between the parties have been settled out of this commission. Copy served and no objection is endorsed.

Heard the both sides. Perused the application filed by the complainant. On bare perusal of the impugned petition we find that the dispute in question between the parties have been settled out of this commission and the complainant has no grievance against the OP.

Considering the above aspect, we are inclined to allow the prayer of the complainant. Accordingly the consumer case is disposed off on compromise.
