This complaint has been filed by the complainant against the opposite party under section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act 1986 seeking direction  to rectify the engine oil problems or to refund engine overhaul charges and  also to pay a sum of Rs.20,000/- towards compensation for mental agony and Rs.10,000/- towards cost of the complaint.

           Proof affidavit of Complainant not filed for long time to prove the averments in the Complainant.   Complainant and Counsel called absent for long time.   This compliant is  dismissed  for default.     No cost.
