Ld. Advocate for the complainant/petitioner is present.
Ld. Advocate for the opposite party nos. 2 and 3 is present and files a petition praying for exemption of cost imposed upon them on the grounds stated therein and also files objection against the Misc. Application on affidavit.

The Misc. Application dated 14.03.2023 on the prayer of substitution of legal heirs of deceased opposite party nos. 5 and 8 is taken up for hearing.

Ld. Advocate for the opposite party nos. 2 and 3 raised objection against the prayer of substitution.
Ld. Advocate for the complainant/petitioner submits that from the postal remark of the notice sent upon opposite party nos. 5 and 8, the complainant on 20.02.2023 came to know that both opposite parties no. 5 and 8 are deceased. Opposite party no. 5 has died leaving behind his son Tamal Bose and wife Uma Bose as his legal heirs. The legal heirs of opposite party no. 8 are already on record as opposite party nos. 7 and 9.
Consideration the material on record and submission of the Ld. Advocate for the complainant, the Misc. Application dated 14.03.2023 is allowed.
The name of opposite party nos. 5 and 8 stands expunged. The names of the legal heirs of the deceased opposite party no. 5 be incorporate in the cause title of CC/192/2021 as opposite parties.
Prayer for exemption of cost of opposite party nos. 2 and 3 is allowed.
Thus, the Misc. Application is disposed of.
