Petition is registered as M.A. Case no. 203/2023. Copy served. Petition is taken up for hearing. Heard both sides.

Considering the entire matter we think that petition for substitution of Complainant No. 20 should be allowed and liberty should be given to the Legal Heirs of Complainant No. 20 to contest the present case.

To 03/01/2024 for filing of amended form of petition of complaint by the Complainant.

M.A. Case No. 203/2023 is thus disposed of.
