Order no.  19, dt. 7.1.2021

D/hr. is present on call. J/dr. also files agent hazira. D/hr. files a petition stating that J/dr. fully satisfied the complainant in respect of compensation and finally settled the dispute. So, the D/hr. is not interested to proceed the case and prayed to dismiss the case in full and final settlement. Perused the case record and heard the D/hr. and J/drs. it is clear that the J/drs. complied the order of this Forum and executed and registered the impugned deed in favour of D/hr. Copy of the said deed is in the case record. D/hr. in the open Forum states that he has no allegation against the J/drs. and intents to withdraw the case. In support of his identity he files the Xerox copy of voter’s card and PAN card.

Upon hearing both sides and perusing the case record and documents this Commission may not cause impediment at the pious act of the party. As such the petition filed by the D/hr. / complainant deserves to the allowed.

Hence ordered that the E.A. case being no. 49 of 2017 be and the same is dismissed on full and final satisfaction.
