File perused it is found that complainant is not appearing from last many so many dates. Counsel for OP-1 has drawn our attention towards the order dated 21/10/2013 in which Sh. Ravi Kant Sharma appeared on behalf of OP-2 and it is recorded that, Since the case is pending 2005, heard the OP. order reserved. However no order was passed till 12/08/2015.

On 12/08/2015, file was taken up on the request of complainant by predecessor bench and notice was issued to parties.

Last orders perused, on many dated complainant did not  appeared, however, since 10/04/2017, 06/11/2017, 22/01/2018, 25/01/2018, 02/04/2018, 26/044/2018 & 29/05/2018, nobody appeared on behalf of complainant and the notices were also send in between but none appeared on behalf of complainant.  Today also none appeared on behalf of complainant despite repeated calls.

Now it is 3.00pm,

None for the complainant.

Despite repeated calls since morning none appeared on behalf of complainant, complaint is therefore dismissed in default.
