The complainant is found absent on repeated calls and no steps have been taken on behalf of the complainant.

The complainant was under obligation to file show cause today. Such being the position we think that the complainant is no more interested to proceed with this case and this is a fit case where a dismissal order should be recorded.

Hence, it is ordered that the case be and the same is dismissed for ‘non prosecution’.

Let plain copy be given to the parties free of cost, as per CPR.
