      Adv.Shri P.Kadam  files vakalatnama after taking “No Objection” of earlier advocate  – taken on record.

   The parties have submitted consent terms duly signed by the complainant and  opponent.  As per said consent terms as described in para 2 of the consent terms, it was agreed that possession of the flat no.3 has been given to the complainant.  possession receipt is also produced on record.  Builder has also stated that the full consideration is received.  Thus, the dispute is amicably settled between the parties and as per the consent terms the order is also executed and accordingly, both the parties have accepted the same before State Commission.  Therefore,  nothing survives for execution as per Section 25 & 27 of Consumer Protection Act, 1986 .  Hence, we pass the following order:-

1.           Complaint stands disposed as settled. 

2.           Dictated in presence of parties.

3.           Copies of the order herein be furnished to the parties as per rule.
