Order No. 20 Dated – 08.03.2022

            Ld. Advocate for the OP 3 is present. Neither the complainant nor his Advocate is present. No cause is shown by the complainant in terms of order dated 07.02.2022. There is also no prayer on the part of the complainant for extension of time to file show cause. On bare perusal of the record we find that the case was posted on 05.02.2021 for filing E/chief by the complainant. Since then complainant did not file his E/chief. Several opportunities were given to the complainant to file E/chief but the complainant did not avail of such opportunity. Therefore, we are of the view that the complainant is not interested to proceed the case anymore. Accordingly the complaint is dismissed for default.
