This complaint has been filed by the complainant against the opposite party under section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 praying to pay a sum of Rs.4,90,000/- towards compensation for the mental trauma, agony, harassment and expenses suffered by the complainant and to pay the cost of the complaint.

Proof Affidavit of the complainant is not filed for a long time to prove the contentions in the complaint and Counsel also called absent for a long time.   Hence, this complaint is dismissed for default.
